  Very friendly in person. I called on August 27th and made appointment to have an estimate completed for tiling. Inquired if he could bring samples for sizes and colors also. Appointment was set for September 2nd at 5pm. When I called on Sept. 2nd to see if he could come earlier than 5pm appt. The representive seemed to have forgotten who I was and that we had an appt. set for 5pm. I provided my info again and inquired if he could come earlier, he advised he could come at 3pm instead of 5pm which was fine. He later called at 12noon advising he was in the area. I advised that was fine as I was home. He came by without samples, but he was very friendly and seemed to know what I was looking for once described. he took measurements from two points in the wall, and advised he would call later with an estimate. That never happened. I called at 5pm inquiring about the estimate as I wanted to have the job done asap(next day or so if possible). He advised he was on his way to the shop and would call tonight or tomorrow morning at the latest. As it is now 4pm on Sept 3rd I can say he never called. Guess he was too busy for my business, thanks anyway.
