  I'm sure glad I didn't read the prior reviews first because I probably would not have called there service center, however I did and I am so happy I did! Their service office manager, Crystal, was very knowledgable and attentive. She was not able to schedule me the quickest appointment but was very willing to work with my schedule. Their Tech called me to let me know he was on his way which is a pleasant courtesy. He arrived did the job needed in a reasonable amount of time and the cost wasn't outragious. In fact I was only charged for the $75 service fee and $40 for the half hour it took him for the repair. Most repair centers charge a full hour labor regardless of how long their there and try to push more services that aren't needed. I am so happy now that I have dependable and affordable service center. THANKS, ALLSTAR!!!
